We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from HipFlux. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team and we will provide you with a return shipping label. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
